You may use the app for personal and lawful commercial photography. You retain rights to your photos and are responsible for what you capture and share. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the app’s profiles, code, or brand assets.
免费功能与 CCD PRO
App 提供可持续使用的免费拍摄路径。CCD PRO 解锁 App 内明确标记的额外档案和能力。实际商品、试用资格、价格与币种以 Apple 购买确认界面为准。
The app provides an ongoing free capture path. CCD PRO unlocks additional profiles and capabilities marked in the app. Product availability, trial eligibility, price, and currency are confirmed by Apple.
订阅方案
月度与年度方案都会自动续订，除非你在当前订阅周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订。付款会在确认购买时计入 Apple ID。免费试用只在年度方案上提供，同一 Apple ID 只能使用一次；试用结束后如果没有取消，会按年度价格续订。你可以在系统的 App Store 订阅设置中管理、切换或取消。
Monthly and annual plans renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The free trial is offered on the annual plan only and can be used once per Apple ID; if it is not cancelled it renews at the annual price. Manage, switch, or cancel in App Store subscription settings.
永久版与恢复购买
永久版是一次性非消耗型购买，解锁购买时商品说明列出的功能。符合条件的购买可通过 App 内“恢复购买”在同一 Apple ID 下恢复。退款与账单问题由 Apple 按其政策处理。
Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable purchase covering the features described at purchase. Eligible purchases can be restored with the same Apple ID. Apple handles refunds and billing under its policies.
可用性与安全使用
相机、闪光灯、通知和照片图库能力取决于设备、系统权限与系统状态。请勿在驾驶或其他需要持续注意力的场景中操作 App。重要照片应另行备份；删除 App 会删除仅保存在 App 内的本机数据。
Camera, flash, notifications, and Photos capabilities depend on your device, permissions, and system state. Do not operate the app while driving. Back up important photos; deleting the app removes data stored only inside it.
Apple 协议与支持
除本条款外，Apple 的标准最终用户许可协议也适用。若两者冲突，以适用法律和 Apple 平台要求为准。
